Certifications

Securing our customers' data and confidential information is one of our highest priorities. For this reason, we have had external accredited bodies test our safety protocols.

Fenêtre B.V. is NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 27001:2023/A1:2024 certified. We undergo an annual audit by an independent external party to have this certification tested. For our customers, this means peace of mind when outsourcing processes.

FSQS-NE Qualified

Fenêtre is qualified under the Financial Services Qualification System Northern Europe (FSQS-NE). This qualification system is used within the financial sector to thoroughly assess suppliers on aspects including information security, privacy, business continuity, financial stability, and corporate social responsibility.

The FSQS-NE qualification confirms that our business operations, processes, and control measures have been extensively audited. For banks, insurers, and other organizations with strict compliance requirements, this offers additional assurance that they are working with a reliable and professionally organized IT partner.

To guarantee the safety of your projects, we can demonstrate that our project employees have a Certificate of Good Conduct (Duch VOG). We work with a project-dependent confidentiality agreement for projects.

Products

We maintain the security of our products to high standards, so that our customers can use our applications with peace of mind. We do this by conducting periodic pen tests, requiring logging in with 2-factor authentication and offering various hosting options, among other security protocols.
