Previously, these inspection reports were generated as separate forms, making it difficult to easily attach photos, and each form had to be manually created and completed. To streamline the inspection reporting process, the inspection reports were digitized using Diamond Forms, Flows & Docs.
Diamond offers several features that make it ideal for creating digital inspection reports. First, Diamond allows users to save recurring questions as custom "sets." These sets can be reused indefinitely, allowing users to easily add entire sets of questions with associated logic to new forms. This allows for quick creation of a new online inspection report.
Diamond also allows users to add questions to inspection reports that allow file or image uploads. Photos can be added to specific questions, allowing for quick recording of a defect in a specific component in the online inspection report.
