The ANWB, officially known as the Royal Dutch Touring Club (ANWB), is a Dutch association focused on mobility, holidays, and leisure. Founded in 1883, the ANWB offers a wide range of services, including roadside assistance, travel insurance, traffic information, and roadside assistance. With over 5 million members, the organization is the largest in the Netherlands.

The ANWB receives contact requests from both members and non-members via its website, ranging from questions and tips related to its products and services to complaints. Users contact us via web forms. It is essential that the collection and processing of this data is as smooth, efficient, and secure as possible.

To address this challenge, the ANWB commissioned Fenêtre to provide a solution for implementing web forms on its website. Diamond Forms, Flows & Docs was used for this project: a flexible forms, workflow, and document software solution with extensive functionality for email campaigns and customizations.

Requirements and solutions

  • Making forms on the website accessible

    Offering forms on your own website makes it easy for end users to contact you. Diamond forms can be embedded in iframes, allowing them to be displayed as web forms on any page. The iframe content is dynamically loaded from the Diamond environment, where all web forms are maintained. This gives ANWB full control over its own web forms and allows it to benefit from Diamond's extensive functionality.

  • Apply your own web form design

    Diamond offers a wide range of options for applying your own branding to forms, ensuring they perfectly match the layout of the website they're used on. A design for the web forms was created beforehand. Once the design was finalized, this customized layout was applied to the web forms. This ensures that the website pages and the forms flow seamlessly together.
