When an item is created and you would like to add files to it, follow these steps:
- Mouse-over the item (1) until a grey field appears at the top of the list, then click Edit (2)
- Click Add attachtments (1), a new screen will open for you to select a file on your pc, navigate to the location of the file you wish to add, select the file (2), click Open (3) and then click Save (4).
